Information for Focus Group Participants

We are inviting hospital ophthalmologists and community optometrists who are NOT taking part in the ECHoES trial to take part in separate group discussions (focus groups) so that we can explore facilitators and obstacles to implementing shared care as part of the ECHoES trial. The group discussions are likely to last between 1-1.5 hours and refreshments will be provided. Those who take part will receive a £20 gift voucher to thank them for their time.

Currently, the focus groups will take place on:

  • 1.15pm on 8th November 2013 at the National Optical Conference in Birmingham (for optometrists)
  • 5.05pm on 6th December 2013 at the Elizabeth Thomas Seminar in Nottingham (for ophthalmologists)

If you are unable to make this date, then an alternative focus group may be organised so we would still like to hear from you.
